Terms and Conditions for Roadbook Events

By using Roadbook Events, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

We provide a directory for discovering and submitting motorcycle roadbook navigation events. Event information may be submitted by organisers, riders, partners, or our team.

We try to keep listings useful and accurate, but event details, venues, routes, dates, entry requirements, prices, and availability can change. Always check the organiser's official website or channels before making travel, payment, or participation decisions.

We are not the organiser of listed events unless a listing expressly says otherwise. We are not responsible for an organiser's event, cancellation, refund, safety rules, eligibility decisions, or conduct.

When you submit an event, claim a listing, upload a logo, or send other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You give us permission to store, edit, moderate, publish, promote, and display submitted content in connection with Roadbook Events. We may reject, edit, remove, or unpublish listings at our discretion, including where information appears inaccurate, incomplete, spammy, unlawful, or unsuitable for the site.

Some listings may be eligible for paid promotion, such as featured placement. Paid promotion affects placement or visibility on Roadbook Events but does not guarantee entries, sales, attendance, traffic, or any particular commercial result.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Any applicable taxes, payment provider terms, refunds, failed payments, and disputes may be handled through Stripe or by contacting us.

If account access is available, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account or submission is being misused.

Do not use the site to submit false or misleading information, infringe someone else's rights, upload malicious files, scrape or overload the service, bypass security controls, interfere with moderation, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Listings and pages may link to organiser websites, maps, payment providers, authentication providers, social channels, or other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including analytics, submissions, support requests, payments, and account information.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every listing is complete, current, or suitable for your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the site, event listings, organiser links, paid promotions, or third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Local consumer or data protection rights may still apply where they cannot legally be excluded.
